Firm360 reviewers say
Their customer support is unparalleled, always providing accurate answers and treating us with exceptional friendliness.
Document Management feature is a game-changer for our firm. Easy to search, tag and to edit multiple documents at a time. Best used when you establish a firm-wide naming index for your documents.
We absolutely love the invoicing process and the ease of being able to edit and customize but still have the simplicity that is not overwhelming. The time feature has really been a benefit for our firm. All employees are able to keep track and be even more organized.
Firm360 consolidated about 8 programs for us: ShareFile, DocuSign, SharePoint, MS ToDo, Outlook Contacts, TSheets, QBO A/R, Intuit Payments. All are integrated, work together, and are easy to navigate.
Firm 360 has lots of features created for accountants. There are workflow management tools, detailed reports for management, and many other features. You can create budgeted times for projects, so whenever time is entered the employee knows if they meet the target. There is the ability to create templates for mass emails and letters. It also serves as data storage. It's an amazing all-in-one product.
Karbon reviewers note
Customer support can sometimes be difficult due to the time differences, so finding your local rep is essential.
When sending documents out for signing in bulk, if one of the signers doesn't sign, you can't view the document unless all signers have signed.
The billing features of Karbon need improvement. Specifically, the inability to set and apply retainers to client accounts efficiently makes the billing process cumbersome. When billing a client and attempting to apply a retainer to future invoices, the process does not function smoothly, indicating a flaw in the system's design for handling retainers.
The search function is challenging. Lots of times I have to go to Gmail to find things.
There's room for improvement in customization. Having more options to tailor workflows, dashboards, or views to better match specific working styles would make the experience even more efficient.
