Most firm leaders aren’t short on data. They’re short on time. The number that would answer a partner’s question exists, but finding it takes a bit of time, so the question waits and the decision gets made without it. Today that changes. Firm360 now has a Claude Connector. With it, you can ask about your firm’s health in plain English, and get the answer while it still matters.
The Moment We Kept Hearing About
You know the one. You’re between two client calls. A partner wants to know how much unbilled WIP is sitting on the Henderson engagement, or whether you’re tracking to your realization target this quarter, or which of your top twenty clients you’re quietly losing money on. The numbers exist. They’ve always existed. But getting to them means pulling a report or asking your administrator, and by the time the answer comes back the conversation has moved on. So the question waits. Usually it waits politely, and you make the call without it.
That gap, between the data being there and the answer being usable right now, is what the connector closes.
What You Can Ask Today
With the Firm360 Claude connector live, you can open Claude and ask things like:
- Which clients have invoices more than 60 days overdue, and how much is that in total?
- Where are our biggest write-downs coming from this year?
- Which engagements have the most unbilled WIP right now?
- Which clients are the biggest collection risk?
Claude gets the answers from your live Firm360 data, the same records that feed your reports and dashboards. You don’t build anything or export any data. You ask, the way you’d ask a colleague who happens to know every number that matters to your firm.

Why Claude?
We get one question more than any other: why Claude, and not just any AI?
Because accounting has almost no room for a confident wrong answer. Firms run audit-ready by default, with a low tolerance for guessing, and we wanted an AI partner whose own priorities matched that. Anthropic builds Claude for exactly the kind of high-stakes professional work where being careful matters more than being clever. Claude is consistently rated among the most reliable models at declining to make something up when it isn’t sure, which is the behavior you actually want when the subject is your clients’ money.
Two things we hold firm on: your firm’s data stays in Firm360, and it is never used to train the underlying model.
First in Firm Health
This is the first Claude connector built around firm health. Other tools have started bringing AI into the profession, and that’s good for the whole industry. But none of them are pointed at the question a managing partner asks first thing on a Tuesday: how is my firm doing, right now? That’s the question we built for.
A Few Things Worth Being Straight About
This sits alongside your existing reporting, it doesn’t replace it. When you need to go deep, your reports and dashboards are still the right tool. The connector is for the questions that come up in between, the ones that used to wait.
It’s read-only. Claude can answer questions about your firm. It can’t change anything in Firm360.
It’s scoped on purpose. At launch the connector handles firm-health questions: WIP, realization, write-ups and write-downs, overdue invoices and AR, and client-level profitability. That’s a deliberate place to start, and we’ll widen it from there.
And it’s a limited beta. If you join now, you help shape the future of the connector.
Where This Goes Next
This is where we’re starting, not where we’re stopping. Over the coming months we’ll expand what you can ask, bring more of the beta cohort online, and set a public date for general availability. The firms in the beta are shaping all of it.
Getting Started
The connector works on top of the Firm360 you already use. It requires an active Firm360 subscription and a Claude.ai Pro or Team plan. If you’re a Firm360 customer, you can apply for beta access today. If you’re not yet, book a walkthrough and see it in action on a sample firm at myfirm360.com/claude
