Why Rebrand Now?

As we’ve grown, we realized something important: our visual identity didn’t reflect who we truly are — a company deeply rooted in the rich history and traditions of accounting.

While we’ve always focused on building modern tools for firm management, our foundation has always been rooted in the profession’s enduring principles: precision, trust, and long-term client relationships. Our new look brings that legacy into focus, blending the sophistication of the accounting profession with the forward-thinking energy that powers Firm360.

Our rebrand wasn’t just aesthetic—it was strategic. It was driven by the same foundation that guides our product and culture every day:

Our Roots: We’ve Been in Your Shoes

Firm360 wasn’t born in a Silicon Valley boardroom. It started in an accounting firm in North Carolina. Our founders lived the stress of tax season, the inefficiency of juggling disconnected tools, and the late nights spent chasing down documents and deadlines. That first-hand experience is why we’re different, and why we’ve built every feature, workflow, and integration with accountants in mind.

“Built for accountants, by accountants” isn’t just a slogan — it’s our foundation. It’s how we know what matters to you. And it’s why our new brand had to stay grounded in the realities and aspirations of modern accounting firms.

Design Decisions: A Nod to Our Profession

Every design choice in our new identity was intentional—rooted in the accounting profession’s legacy and future.

  • Typography: We chose Hoefler Text for its blend of heritage and modernity — a nod to historical print fonts that adds warmth and authority to digital screens. We also use the font Numbers, which replicates the formatting used in financial statements.
  • Color Palette: Inspired by the dollar bill, our greens, grays, and neutrals reflect the financial world while signaling trust, tradition, and clarity.

Together, these elements make our brand not only visually distinct but contextually aligned with the professionals we serve.
