Firm360 reviewers say
What makes Firm360 great is that it's clearly designed by people who've actually lived through a tax season. It stops you from constantly switching between five different apps by keeping everything you need on one screen.
Setting up the product was a bit of a process but we had support the whole way through with guided tasks that made the transition flow smoothly.
Firm360's support is unparalleled, always providing accurate answers and treating us with exceptional friendliness.
I especially like the centralized workflow, visibility into project status, and the ability for teams to collaborate and track progress in real time. It has helped improve organization, communication, and overall efficiency within our audit processes.
TaxDome reviewers note
There are still many technical issues. UX can be better. It's great that there are a lot of features, but it is sometimes overwhelming. Setting up workflows and tasks is frustrating.
It is very hard and time consuming to understand how to use this software. You sign up and then there is nothing from TaxDome.
Support is non-existent. And you will NEED support. It takes hours/days for responses. Time savings of software is more than offset by time spent trying to get support.
I would rate TaxDome's ability to handle jobs and recurring work at a 3 on a scale of 1-10. I find it very confusing how it doesn't show you all the aspects of a job when you're in the 'job' screen. I often have to have two monitors running.
Which platform should your firm choose?
Both platforms serve accounting firms well — but they're built for different priorities. Here's how to think about the choice.
Choose Firm360 if…

- You want to consolidate your entire tech stack into one platform built specifically for US accounting firm workflows
- Your team needs US-based support included at every plan level — not tiered by response time
- Pricing predictability matters — no history of price increases; TaxDome customers have reported increases at renewal
Consider TaxDome if…
- Your firm can dedicate 6–8 weeks to implementation and has the staff capacity to absorb a steep learning curve
- Your firm is primarily tax-focused and wants pre-built IRS integration and tax organizer workflows out of the box
- Your firm has a significant international client base — TaxDome has a large global user community and presence outside the US
- You want a custom-branded mobile app for clients — TaxDome offers white-labeling at the Business tier
