What is the Firm360 + Claude connector?
The Firm360 + Claude connector links your live Firm360 data to Claude.ai so you can ask plain-language questions about your practice — WIP, realization, overdue invoices, project status, staff time — and get answers from your own firm data in seconds. There’s no dashboard to build, nothing new for your team to learn, and no export to manage. It’s available to existing Firm360 customers on a waitlist starting May 2026.
What can't it do yet?
We launched with the data we can answer well, not everything we’d eventually like to support. The connector does not cover:
- Utilization or capacity-planning calculations
- Content inside individual workpapers or client documents
When you ask a question outside scope, Claude tells you it can’t answer rather than fabricating one.
How long does it take to set up?
Under five minutes for an administrator. You connect Firm360 to Claude.ai once from your firm’s admin settings, choose which roles get access, and you’re done. No migration, no IT project, no new schema — the connector reads from the same records that already power your Firm360 reports.

Is the data accurate?
The connector pulls from your live Firm360 records — the same source of truth that powers your existing reports — and every answer includes a citation back to the underlying Firm360 view, so you can verify any number in one click. Claude is also independently rated as the most reliable major AI model at refusing to fabricate, which means if a question is ambiguous or outside scope, you’ll get a direct “I can’t answer that” rather than a confident-sounding wrong number.
Does our client data leave Firm360?
No. Your firm’s data stays in Firm360. The connector exposes specific, scoped data to Claude only at the moment of a query, governed by your existing Firm360 role-based permissions. Anthropic, the company behind Claude, does not train its models on your firm’s data.
Is it secure? What about SOC 2?
Yes. Firm360 is SOC 2 Type II certified. Anthropic, the company behind Claude.ai, is SOC 2 Type II certified for the Claude.ai consumer and Team products.
